As part of the Adult trick or Treat Event last Friday put on by the Downtown Valpo Restaurants & Shops, a special sweepstakes ticket was presented to guests that dressed in the spirit of the night. Tomorrow, Friday, 11/6, the tickets from each participating restaurant will be consolidated and a winner will be announced! The Dining Groups’s President and Radius owner, Chris Pavlou, will pull the winning ticket
